Tee Nut: An internally threaded insert for the purpose of installation into the back side of a wooden object to mate with an externally threaded part such as a screw. It is inserted into a predrilled hole matching the barrel diameter and the prongs embed into the wood to keep the nut from spinning when the screw is tightened or removed. Material: Low Carbon Steel
